Diner at Stadsbranderij Eindhoven with Pippens

Hidden in the city centre of Eindhoven, a small new (coffee)shop just opened its doors: Stadsbranderij Eindhoven. A nice place where coffee beans are actually burnt before serving you a excellent espresso (or any other kind of coffee).

As a coffee and food lover, I had the privilege to be part of a small group to take part in a new experience. Chef Pippens, was cooking dishes with coffee.

Personal favourite: Langoustine with cappuccino cream and Risotto with coffee.

Roast your own coffee with Ikawa Roaster App

The IKAWA Roaster and Roast-App is for people who would like to roast coffee at home. IKAWA makes roasting coffee very easy. The User fills the doser with green coffee, presses a button on the side of the machine and the coffee roasts. The recipe for the roast is called the Roast Profile. The roast profile can be modified using an App, on a smart phone.
