Experiment from 1638
During physics-class I loved experiments. This great experiment finds it origin in 1638. Galileo stated that unequal weights would fall with the same finite speed in a vacuum. This movie was shot at the Space Power Facility (SPF) which houses the “world’s largest measuring 100 ft. in diameter by 122 ft. high”. This experiment shows what happens when you take out all the air (vacuum) and drop a bowling ball and a feather at the same time. Is Galileo’s statement true? Check the movie.
